International Club worked with FBLA this year to bring a taste of Indian culture to the high school with Bollywood Night, an event that International Club has hosted in the past. In a fun-filled night of Bollywood music, dance, clothes, and food, students gathered to enjoy Indian culture as well as share it with their friends. Everyone, regardless of ethnicity, was able to participate. Friends borrowed kurtis, lehengas, kurtas, and other traditional Indian clothes, and teachers learned dances from their students to perform.

Co-president of International Club Milindi Shah says, “This was EBHS’s first year reviving Bollywood Night. We had an amazing DJ that played Bollywood songs, a henna station, a pani puri contest, and Indian food. Our main priority was to create an event that everyone can have fun and feel included in. We hope we accomplished that and hope this event can continue and grow for years to come.”
